Taste of the Chamber Vendor Reservation Form

Taste of the Chamber is an event that brings together hospitality, catering and restaurant members with local professionals for a unique culinary celebration. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Chamber member nonprofit: Special Olympics PA - Capital Area Region. There is no cost to be a vendor if you are a food service or beverage member and we just ask that you are open to the public so attendees can visit you afterwards! Each booth registered has the chance to win the Best Taste & Judges Favorite Taste Awards. If you have multiple member locations that would be interested in a separate vendor space please fill out a form for each location. I understand that there is no cost for my booth; I must be a member of the West Shore Chamber; I am to provide samplings of our locations favorite taste(s) for 400-600+ attendees; I am to provide my own napkins, plates, flatware, and whatever is required to provide my samples; I will be there and set-up by 3:30 pm on July 15, 2026; My booth will not be broken down before 7:00 pm; If I cancel my spot or are a no-show I could be invoiced a $350 cancellation fee:*
I understand that the Chamber will provide a 8' Wide x 8' Deep Booth Space, 6ft Display Table, Water Available for Chafing Dishes, Waste Basket, ability to bring four representatives to the event and electricity (limited availability, only upon request below):*
