How does your business separate itself from your competition?
We employ a client centric approach when developing solutions for our clients regardless of market segmentation. Our aim is to understand the client’s business and the role of IT in their organization. Armed with that knowledge we create solutions that drive efficiency, through better business processes.
How do you see your business growing in the future?
We expect to see reasonable growth in our hosting and managed services business, specifically within the SMB and Midsized customers.
How does your business get involved in the community?
We have sponsored various charities and non-profit organization events over the years, such as UCP of Central PA and Big Brothers Big Sisters.

SōtirIS began its humble beginnings as a type writer repair business in 1968. As typewriters gave way to personal computers and their word processing capabilities, the company transformed itself into a computer product and services organization.
In the 1990’s the company’s name was changed to NetComm Solutions (NCSI), with a renewed focus on providing Information Technology solutions that would help companies drive efficiency, protect their data and control cost.
The company name and our solutions have changed overtime, but we have stuck to our set of core values. Today we are known as SōtirIS Information Strategies, and our single aim to make IT as stress free as possible for our clients.
