AllBetterCare Urgent Care offers a full spectrum of urgent care and occupational medicine services. This includes on-site digital x-ray, stat lab, and pharmacy. Staffed by emergency medicine / primary care residency trained and board certified physicians, AllBetterCare is equipped to handle acute conditions such as bronchitis, pneumonia, and sinus infections. ABC also offers occupational medicine services including pre-employment physicals, drug and alcohol testing, and immunizations for employees.

The AllBetterCare mission is to provide an extraordinary patient experience. Our three regional clinics are clean and designed to be a non-medical atmosphere. Our staff culture is to deliver compassionate care and build lasting relationships through the positive experiences we provide to our patients and their families. While no appointment is ever needed, we do offer online same-day registration that allows you to choose a time and location that is right for you. AllBetterCare is proud to be involved in various community events throughout central PA. With offices in Mechanicsburg, Carlisle, and Harrisburg we participate in local school sponsorships, local chamber events, and connect with local businesses throughout the region.

We have been involved in our West Shore chamber since the opening of the first AllBetterCare Mechanicsburg site in April 2010.
