Camp Hill Employer looking for Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our Property Management and Construction teams.
95% of all work is located within 20 miles of the main office. Primary locations are Harrisburg, Mechanicsburg, Camp Hill, Lemoyne, and Lebanon. Occasional off hours work required. No overnights, no travel, no seasonal lay-offs.

CANDIDATES MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:
Minimum 5 years HVAC experience, HVAC Certifications, read blueprints, able to work with others, ability to work unsupervised, perform ongoing service maintenance on 20+ buildings, trouble shooting / diagnostics, service, installs, duct work, assisting replacement of RTUs, knowledge of basic circuitry, able to provide basic hand tools, valid PA Driver’s License, reliable transportation, competent in understanding and following directions, team player, ability to meet deadlines, and familiarity with all Bacnet Controls a plus.

BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION:
Full Time Monday through Friday
$25 – $38/hour commensurate with experience
