The 2021 Business Woman of the Year is…
This year’s Business Women’s Forum was held virtually on May 19th from 9:00 – 10:30 am with a Keynote Speech from Dr. Lawana Gladney, Ph.D. and we awarded the Business Woman of the Year award. With more than 150 attendees of the virtual event, we along with the Carlisle Area Chamber of Commerce were so glad that we were able to bring attendees together safely to still encourage networking and learning in this way.

Thank you to our Keynote Speaker, Dr. Gladney, Ph.D., speaker, trainer, author, and media personality who is the premier success psychologist. Her degree not only
focuses on human behavior but how the brain processes information that will lead to change. She gave an energetic presentation of “Get Out of the Way of Your Success”. She asked the questions, “Have you ever felt that the ultimate success eludes you? Do you wonder why things don’t seem to work out for you? Are you afraid of that next step?” and walked through the ways to get out of your own way! The session helped attendees shift their thinking and mindset that is blocking their own success and helped them get into the level of life and business that they are looking for.
