Make Sure Your Summer Plans Include Escape to the Island!
The Chamber’s newest mid-summer event, Escape to the Island, is the perfect event for clients, employees, friends, and family! Taking place on Thursday, July 29th on City Island, this affordable event mixes two of summer’s favorite pastimes! Start at the 18-hole Miniature Golf Course located along the Susquehanna River at Water Golf on City Island. After a game of Mini Golf, attendees then move to the Harrisburg Senators Ballpark while enjoying a movie on the outfield.
As an added bonus, we will be hosting three food trucks on the island for different food offerings: 717 Tacos, Lucky Penny Burger Co, and Lancaster Cupcake. Drink and Snack Concessions will be available from the Harrisburg Senators during the movie as well. Don’t forget to bring your own chairs, blanket, or even your own snacks if you wish!
The cost to attend is $5 per movie attendee or $10 for movie & mini-golf and parking on City Island is free for attendees.
