What services or products does your business offer?
We help business/sales leaders focused on business growth who often share they are frustrated with inconsistent monthly/quarterly sales revenues, low profit margins, weak sales pipelines and/or not scaling like desired. We do this by transforming their systems and processes that improve performance and increase the confidence levels of their salespeople. We provide sales, sales management, and leadership training.

How does your business separate itself from your competition?
Sandler is not right for everyone. It starts with a conversation to better understand the results you’re looking for to determine how Sandler may be a resource for your business. The power of reinforcement training is Sandler’s key point of difference in the marketplace. Substantive change and lasting performance improvement cannot occur from a ‘quick-fix’ one-day seminar. Sustained and meaningful change requires understanding and addresses attitudes, behaviors and techniques.  We produce lasting results through ongoing reinforcement training and strategic business development programs.

How do you see your business growing in the future?
Sandler is staying on the cutting edge and helping others grow with technology tools that enable working smarter not harder. It’s simplifying the selling process while multiplying efforts.

How does your business get involved in the community?
We have a partnership with Leadership Lancaster and serve as Lancaster Rec Foundation board member. We’ve volunteered with student mentoring programs and participated in many Central PA conferences including the Business Women’s Forum.

How long has your business been a member of the Chamber?
We joined the Chamber in October of 2019.

How has Chamber membership been beneficial to your business?
Membership has enabled opportunities to meet, connect and engage with, and help business owners/leaders from Central PA.
