West Shore Chamber of Commerce

2021 Annual Golf Outing Recap

The Chamber had a great day out on May 3rd for our Annual Golf Outing that took place at Armitage Golf Club in Mechanicsburg! The rain held off and the attendees were able to enjoy friendly competition, networking, and a beautiful course this year. It was wonderful to be outdoors with our members again! The chamber would like to thank the golfers, volunteers, and the Golf Committee for all of their hard work in making this annual event a success, as well as AFH-Media LLC for taking the pictures of the day!

A portion of the proceeds will be donated back to The Pennsylvania Parks and Forests Foundation who were the beneficiary of this year’s outing. Pennsylvania Parks and Forests Foundation (PPFF) began in 1999 as a statewide nonprofit organization to provide a voice for the Commonwealth’s 121 state parks and 2.2 million acres of forest land. With PPFF, citizens can donate or bequeath money to state parks and forests, become active and involved volunteers in the park and forest system, and find some fun and educational opportunities. PPFF’s status as a registered charity allows chapter friends groups to operate on our public lands for the benefit of everyone. A check presentation will occur in the near future.

Thank you to our sponsors: Capital BlueCross (Breakfast), United Concordia Dental (Gift), Highmark Blue Shield (Hole-in-One), UPMC (Cart), F&M Trust (Beverage), Orrstown Bank (Snack), Members 1st Federal Credit Union (Closest to the Pin), Energy Transfer (Longest Drive), Jameson Stone, LLC (Bag).
