Lobar Associates is a full-service, family-operated General Construction / Design-Build Company specializing in all areas of commercial and industrial construction projects. Our company has been in business since 1989.

Lobar Associates offers a diverse range of services from preconstruction design through construction and into long-term maintenance. We also have an in-house engineering company for full design-build capabilities. Our over 160 trained and certified field employees are highly qualified and experienced to complete the most difficult of construction projects.

With a dedicated team of approximately 165 skilled individuals proficient in carpentry, roofing, masonry, equipment operation, and more, we distinguish ourselves from competitors. Our commitment includes expanding our self-performance team to enhance our capabilities further.

How does your business get involved in the community?
Lobar has a program for all employees called #TeamLobar – Community Service Day. As part of Lobar Associates’ ongoing commitment to giving back to the community (and clients), we explore opportunities for #TeamLobar to engage in meaningful community service work. We believe that contributing our time and skills can make a positive impact on those in need and foster a stronger sense of unity within our organization.

We have been a member since December of 2010.
