AES Hearth & Patio is a leading provider of Custom Fireplaces, Alternative Heating Solutions (stoves, fireplaces, and inserts), Chimney Inspections & Repairs, and Outdoor Living Products (grills, smokers, fire pits, retractable awnings, furniture, etc.).
Operating since 1998, we have showroom locations in Newville and Camp Hill, with an extensive Service & Installation Department in Newville.
As our business continues to grow, we have an immediate opportunity for a Service & Installation Manager to lead an experienced team of skilled technicians, subcontractors, and support staff.
This person will…
•lead an experienced service and installation team, striving to meet company goals for revenue, quality, efficiency, and safety.
•coordinate product installation utilizing internal technician team and occasional subcontractors.
•manage product service, including preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
•oversee purchasing, receiving, warehousing, inventory control, and shipping of products and parts.
•coordinate purchasing and maintenance of tools, equipment, and vehicles.
We are looking for…
•five years of management experience in a service and/or installation environment, preferably preceded by field experience.
•construction, finish carpentry, or masonry experience (preferred).
•proficiency using required computer systems and programs.
