AES Hearth & Patio is a leading provider of Custom Fireplaces, Alternative Heating Solutions (stoves, fireplaces, and inserts), Chimney Inspections & Repairs, and Outdoor Living Products (grills, smokers, fire pits, retractable awnings, furniture, etc.).
Operating since 1998, we have beautifully designed showroom locations in Newville and Camp Hill, with an extensive Service & Installation Department in Newville.
As our business continues to grow, we have an immediate opportunity for a Sales Manager to lead an experienced team of salespeople and support staff.
This person will…
· lead an experienced retail sales and support team, striving to meet company goals for sales, revenue, and profitability.
· develop effective commercial/residential builder, field/service, online, and trade show sales plans and processes.
· align sales efforts with marketing strategies and vice versa, ensuring brand consistency and high-level customer experience.
· monitor market trends, conduct research, and make product purchasing decisions.
· determine product pricing, discounts, inventory levels, sales incentives, etc.
· implement tools to streamline sales efforts related to inventory, pricing, design, etc.
· participate in business growth planning and future expansion efforts.
We are looking for…
· five years of sales management experience, preferably within a product sales and service organization.
· proficiency using required computer systems and programs.
