Prime Development & Construction LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage construction projects, and help drive business growth throughout Central Pennsylvania.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills and enjoys working in a fast-paced, growing construction company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects from start to finish while developing relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction company.
Coordinate and manage multiple residential and commercial construction projects.
Schedule crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Communicate with clients throughout the construction process and provide exceptional customer service.
Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, quality, and safety.
Prepare project estimates, proposals, budgets, and timelines.
Build relationships with property owners, real estate professionals, investors, and commercial clients.
Generate new business opportunities and help expand the company’s client base.
Work closely with ownership to improve operational efficiency and company growth.
Ensure projects comply with all applicable building codes and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Experience in construction management, project management, operations management, or a related field.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience reading construction plans and coordinating subcontractors is preferred.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of residential and commercial construction practices.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
