Team CPT is hiring a Level Two IT Support Specialist. Daily tasks take place in a fast-paced work environment. This position would be approximately 50% on client sites and 50% in office. Candidate will be a team-player and a self-starter with experience in troubleshooting client issues over the phone/remotely on their computer, computer hardware diagnostics and replacement, and understanding of network and server troubleshooting and deployments.
Ticketing and remote monitoring software experience is a plus. College Degree preferred, but not required.
