Facilities Manager

New Hope Ministries, PA

New Hope Ministries, seeks a dedicated individual to serve as our Facilities Manager. This person will be responsible for management of grounds, facilities, equipment, and maintenance for the agency. Tasks are accomplished with the support of external contractors. Applicants should hold a minimum of an associate’s degree in facilities management or the equivalent in training and work experience. This position manages the physical assets of the organization, performs minor maintenance and custodial work, and serves as safety officer. The ideal candidate would have experience with warehousing, OSHA safety guidelines, experiencing working with contractors and managing construction projects, have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and exhibit a desire to share Christ’s love by helping our neighbors in need.
