AAA Central Penn’s acquisition efforts are an integral part of our growth strategy and as such we are seeking a strategic, forward-thinking leader to serve as our Director, Business Development. As a key member of the Executive Team, this person will have overall responsibility for leading AAA Central Penn’s efforts with researching, recommending, and implementing strategic joint venture partnerships and business acquisition expansion.

Areas of responsibility for the Director, Business Development will include:

• Direct and oversee AAA Central Penn’s merger and acquisition business development strategy to source, identify, develop, grow, and diversify the organization’s products and services.

• Source, identify, and develop new business opportunities and partnerships that align with the organization’s overall strategy to promote revenue growth and market expansion.

• Direct financial feasibility studies, proposal development, negotiations, and closure for new business opportunities.

• Lead the implementation team for new business opportunities and collaborate with all stakeholder groups to support business development plans.

The Director, Business Development will possess a bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline with a minimum of 7 years progressively complex marketing or sales experience. Proven track record of successful deal-making and partnership development. Thought leader and innovator with previous experience initiating, driving, and scaling new products and business opportunities.
