Prime Workforce Hub LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Recruiter to help grow our staffing business throughout Central Pennsylvania. This role is ideal for someone with experience in staffing, recruiting, business development, or B2B sales who enjoys building relationships and creating new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing partnerships with warehouses, hotels, manufacturing companies, distribution centers, construction companies, and other local businesses to expand our staffing services. This position combines business development, client relationship management, and recruiting to support both our clients and job seekers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new business by reaching out to warehouses, hotels, manufacturing companies, construction firms, and other employers throughout Central Pennsylvania.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with business owners, HR managers, and hiring managers.
Identify staffing needs and present customized workforce solutions.
Generate new staffing accounts and manage existing client relationships.
Recruit, interview, and place qualified candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions.
Coordinate hiring activities and ensure excellent customer service for both clients and employees.
Meet sales and placement goals while contributing to the company’s continued growth.
Represent Prime Workforce Hub at networking events, job fairs, and community business events.

Qualifications:

Experience in staffing, recruiting, business development, sales, or account management preferred.
Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Professional, organized, and goal-oriented.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
