Administrative Assistant Customer Service
AES Hearth & PatioAES Hearth & Patio is a leading provider of Custom Fireplaces, Alternative Heating Solutions (stoves, fireplaces, and inserts), Chimney Inspections & Repairs, and Outdoor Living Products (grills, smokers, fire pits, retractable awnings, furniture, etc.).
Operating since 1998, we have showroom locations in Newville and Camp Hill, with an extensive Service & Installation Department in Newville.
As our business continues to grow, we have an immediate opportunity for an Administrative Assistant & Customer Service to answer our service phone and take service requests, assist with scheduling our experienced service & installation teams and perform administrative tasks that keep our service department operating efficiently. This position will work directly with our current Service Manager & Scheduler.
This person will…
answer and route incoming calls efficiently.
make out-going calls to customers and technicians.
assist with scheduling for installations, services, and deliveries.
perform administrative duties within the service department.
assist with bookkeeping tasks.
We are looking for…
excellent written and verbal skills.
2 or more years of experience within a service environment.
experience in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
