As an Account Executive with JFC Workforce, no two days will be the same. You will be challenged and supported in a dynamic sales environment, working closely with a team of dedicated recruiters. You will build relationships with local business, managers, executives, and community and industry leaders to expand and enrich JFC’s local market, helping companies find talent—and helping people find jobs.

Account Executives work closely with the team in their location to achieve one common goal: enabling the success of our customers (which includes other JFC employees)!

What you need:

• A strong work ethic and sense of accountability
• Excellent communication skills in person, over the phone, and in writing
• An unwavering dedication to providing excellent customer service, and supporting all customers in an ethical manner
• The ability to prioritize tasks and approach each one with a strong sense of urgency
• Impeccable critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Curiosity, and a little bit of competitiveness
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required
